Hello, my name is Carol Huang.
My life’s work has been dedicated to education, parenting, and community building. Over the years, I have served as a teacher, school director, inclusive recreation instructor, Child and Youth Worker, and community facilitator.
Through Start with the Heart | 心启点,
I support families in building deeper connections, nurturing resilience, and discovering shared purpose.
Whether it is helping parents cultivate love and respect in daily interactions or guiding newcomer youth through the challenges of integration and self-discovery, my goal is the same:
to empower every family to start with the heart and grow from there.
INTEGRATE
The INTEGRATE Program is a nine-session journey designed to support newcomer and immigrant youth — as well as all young people seeking self-discovery and community connection.
This is more than a program — it is a safe space where youth can belong, grow, and thrive.
